Resistance message from Qendîl: We will foil their plans

	NEWS CENTER - Speaking at the foot of Mount Qendîl, local residents stated that the Kurds have no friends other than the mountains, vowing to intensify their resistance and thwart the plans.

	 

	An action was held in the village of Seweysî, located at the foot of Mount Qendîl and seen as one of the symbols of resistance, against the attacks on Rojava. 

	 

	The action, attended by many intellectuals, researchers, and local residents, emphasized the determination to defend the gains in Rojava and reaffirmed the Kurdish people's resolute resistance against occupation and attacks.

	 

	'Rojava is not alone'

	 

	Speaking on behalf of the people of Seweysî and Qendîl, teacher Şwane Bayz said, “We, the people of Qendîl, have always been defenders of our land and the honor of our nation. We declare from here: Rojava is not alone. We are ready to support our people with our lives and our blood, and we will thwart their plans.” 

	 

	Criticizing regional leaders, Şwane Bayz said, “The Kurds were an extremely peaceful people; however, throughout history, our neighbors (Arabs, Turks, and Persians) betrayed our calls for friendship and stabbed us in the back. Therefore, we have no friends or supporters other than our will and our mountains.”

	 

	Participants in the action conveyed a message of resistance, chanting slogans such as “Long live the Rojava Resistance” and “Down with occupation and betrayal.”
