Co-Chair of the Democratic Autonomous Administration's Foreign Relations Department, Îlham Ehmed, made a statement on his X account. İlham Ehmed stated that the ceasefire and the cessation of military activities are the cornerstone of the implementation of the 18 January agreement.

 

İlham Ehmed recalled that there has been a wave of mass migration from many villages and towns in recent days and said that everyone is waiting to return. İlham Ehmed stated that civilian life has been greatly damaged and that the education process has also been halted due to the cold winter conditions.
